DipJar does not currently feature the ability to refund/reverse transactions. We recommend that if necessary, you should directly reimburse a donor who wishes to withdraw their donation. However, should you still wish to reverse a transaction shortly after it has occurred, please contact us with the following information:
• Cardholder name
• Transaction amount
• Last 4 digits of the card used
• Date and approximate time of transaction
We'll do everything possible to reverse the transaction. If a disbursement that contains this transaction has already occurred or occurs between your request and your next disbursement, the transaction cannot be reversed. You will need to reimburse your donor directly.
