My DipJar is displaying E6 or an Upward Arrow

The E6 and upward arrow errors are typically caused by an issue with the device's card reader. With a light, inspect the card slot to ensure that there is no dust or debris build-up that may be blocking the IR sensor. If there is debris, this can be cleared with compressed air. If no debris can be seen, we suggest restarting the DipJar and trying a few test swipes to help trigger a response. If this continues, please reach out to support@dipjar.com for more help.
