You've received your new DipJar, congrats! We know that you want to plug it in and be ready to collect donations. If you power on your device and it shows a dollar amount that you did not set, between $1 and $999, don't fret!
First, you'll want to log into your Dashboard and confirm whether the device is present in your DipJar list. You can find your available DipJars under Settings > Manage DipJars. If your new device is not present in this list, there may have been an error in linking the device to your account.
Luckily, this is a very easy fix for our Support Team! If you send them your organization name and the serial number of your new DipJar (found on a white sticker on the channel that runs through the bottom of the device), they will make sure that it is linked to your account correctly.
