What are the Primary or Billing users and how do I assign them?
The Primary user is the person designated as the main contact for your organization’s account. This user is able to make all updates to the Dashboard, manage users on your account, and will also receive the transaction statements via email for all donations included with each payout. The Billing user is the person designated as the secondary contact for your organization’s account. As the Billing user, you have the same abilities as the Primary user except for the ability to add or remove other users from the dashboard.
