We use AT&T LTE cellular service which is very robust and has excellent coverage. However, if the DipJar does not connect in your location, you can return the it for a full refund as long as:
• The return happens within 30 days from the delivery of your DipJar.
• The DipJar is unused - please test the DipJar in your desired location(s) before dipping a real credit card (using the included blue "test card" is OK).
